She is a specialist in business law, company and asset restructuring transactions, commercial contracts, the purchase and sale of companies, corporate law, the transfer of productive units and civil and commercial procedural law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She started her professional career in 1994, in the Despacho Portabella Villavicencio legal office in the civil and commercial section.\u00a0 Subsequently, she became part of the Legal Department of the Barcelona office of Conrad Recha, until September 2009. That year, she joined the commercial Legal Department of the auditing firm, F\u00e0bregas&amp;Mercad\u00e9, advising on a national and international level.\u00a0 Since November 2010, she has been a founding partner of ROQU\u00c9 ADVOCATS, S.L.P.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She has attended \u2018International Business Communication\u2019 courses (The London School of English).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She is a civil and commercial mediator. Registered at the \u2018Centre de Mediaci\u00f3 de Dret Privat de Catalunya\u2019 and at the \u2018Centre de Mediaci\u00f3 de l\u2019ICAB\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She has worked for more than twenty years with companies that provide services not only in the private sector, but also in the Public Administration.
