Magda Roqué
Born in 1963, Magda Roqué graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona in 1986. She did her postgraduate studies in corporate and health law.
She is a specialist in business law, company and asset restructuring transactions, commercial contracts, the purchase and sale of companies and corporate law.
She started her professional career in the Bufet Pintó Ruiz legal office until September 1988, the year in which she became part of the Legal Department, newly created by the Balaña Eguia legal office. She developed the most part of her professional career at Gui Mori Abogados, then joined the Commercial Department as an associate in September 1989 until October 2010. Since November 2010, she has been a founding partner of ROQUÉ ADVOCATS, S.L.P.
She has collaborated with the Pompeu Fabra University on the Academic Master’s Degree in company law and also with the ‘Escola Judicial’ of Barcelona on practical classes in business law.
She has worked for more than twenty years as part of the family business, especially giving corporate advice and that of company reorganisation as an external advisor from the Board of Administration, or as a non-advisory Secretary, as an external advisor in family Boards.
She has worked for more than ten years in connection with the medical sector, giving contractual counsel, that of protocols of action and she actively participated in Ethical Committees.
Currently she active participates in Committees of Compliance.

Judith Roqué
Born in 1971, Judith Roqué graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona in 1994. She did her postgraduate studies in corporate and procedural law. She is a specialist in business law, company and asset restructuring transactions, commercial contracts, the purchase and sale of companies, corporate law, the transfer of productive units and civil and commercial procedural law.
She started her professional career in 1994, in the Despacho Portabella Villavicencio legal office in the civil and commercial section. Subsequently, she became part of the Legal Department of the Barcelona office of Conrad Recha, until September 2009. That year, she joined the commercial Legal Department of the auditing firm, Fàbregas&Mercadé, advising on a national and international level. Since November 2010, she has been a founding partner of ROQUÉ ADVOCATS, S.L.P.
She has attended ‘International Business Communication’ courses (The London School of English).
She is a civil and commercial mediator. Registered at the ‘Centre de Mediació de Dret Privat de Catalunya’ and at the ‘Centre de Mediació de l’ICAB’.
She has worked for more than twenty years with companies that provide services not only in the private sector, but also in the Public Administration. As an external advisor to these companies, she provides comprehensive commercial advice (regarding companies and/or corporate transactions and those of the restructuring of companies) about such areas as recruitment and procedural assistance, when appropriate.
